The berber kingdom of Morocco

Gus Casely-Hayford visits Morocco to tell the story of the Berber kings, who once ruled over a domain that stretched from northern Spain to west Africa. He discovers how the monarchs acquired their wealth, explores the architecture they commissioned and discusses the sophisticated ideas they championed – before revealing how the forces that propelled the kingdom to power were the same ones that began to erode its identity.
